UPDATED: MAR 29, 2022 Copenhagen 29/3 2022. 33 cl bottle from Beerdealer web-shop. Urthel’s smiling Gnome swinging a glass of foamy beer on the label. Pours unclear copper with a mid-sized off-white head. Settles as thin, unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing. Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, spicy odor mingling with a slightly chemical scent. Brown sugar, toffee, caramel, wall paper paste. Whiff of sweet alcohol. Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture. Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and pleasant. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry. Quite sweet and potent but I could do without the glue.

labeerinthum (7903) - Milano, ITALY - APR 29, 2021
UPDATED: APR 29, 2021 Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile.

BigMomma (314) - Leuven, BELGIUM - JAN 26, 2021
UPDATED: JAN 26, 2021 Almost no noticeable aroma. Sweet flavour, caramel, fruity, some coffee, ending in gentle bitterness. Decent but lacks complexity for its high ABV.

Boxereddy (634) - BELGIUM - NOV 17, 2020
Totaal: Uitstekend! Om trots op te zijn!

paulvb (325) - NETHERLANDS - NOV 13, 2020
UPDATED: NOV 13, 2020 Amber brown color, decent head. Aromas of red fruit and roasted notes. Taste is dominated by laurel. Also red fruits and caramel. Herbal quadruple, bit off balance though. Not the best.
