Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Clear golden coloured pour with white head. Sweet malty and fruity with notes citrus notes of lemon peel, some caramel sweetness, light yeasty, spices into the close.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is phenolic and toasted malty. Smooth fruity, dry, slight phenolic. Toasted and malty. Phenolic and toasted malty finish.

Draught at Taphouse. Clear golden colored with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of spices and citrus. Fruity flavor of caramel, spices and citrus. Spicy finish.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, peaches, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons,, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

>> Clear straw color with weak lace. Muted white pepper and pear nose. Flavor is slightly acidic, dry, more bland and less body than the Haru Japansese Saison tried side by side. Less finesse.

On tap at brewery. Clear pale golden with a creamy white head. Sweet grainy banana bread and whole grain aroma and taste with citrus notes and a doughy yeasty finish. Nice creamy palate. Nicely done.
