UPDATED: MAR 20, 2024 Old Untappd checkin, April 9, 2016. Brown glass bottle. Quite a complex Saison - the finish is dry, the body is lacking the typical yeast character, but it has a lovely wild tartness and the lime character comes through well. Very nice.

UPDATED: NOV 21, 2021 Pour from can was under pressure emitting massive white foam that lasts and nice hazy straw color. Light bodied with a dull lime citrus vibe. Crisp and mild hops.

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2021 33 cl. can at home. Bought at Mikkeller Webshop. 6.0%. High fluffy white lasting head. Hazy yellow body. Slighly acidic fruity citrus aroma. Mango lemon flavor with a fair amount of hops bitterness, high carbonation and a short sweet finish.

UPDATED: SEP 24, 2020 Can. Pours slightly hazed yellow. Saison spice, lime, gooseberry, slight funk, peppery, citrus juice. Light effervescent body. Good.

UPDATED: MAY 5, 2020 355ml bottle. Pours dull gold with a small head. Aroma is limey straw. Taste has lime jelly to start with a rustic yeasty straw finish. A touch of yoghurt.

UPDATED: MAY 3, 2020 Pours clear bright golden with a two finger, white head. Aroma is citrus and Belgian yeast. Taste is light caramel, moving to lemon and Belgian yeast with a light hop backbone. Finish is lemon and Belgian.

UPDATED: MAR 24, 2020 Smell- weak, bit to medium, yeast, citrus, malt, herbal, orange. Foam- thin, bit acidic and bit yeasty, some citrus. The Head is medium, white color. Goes away fast though Appearance- somewhat simple can, with a tutorial on how to noodle a catfish. A quite hazy yellow, orange color.Weak carbonation. From - snifter Taste - citrus, yeast, some Belgian-ish notes, it is to that side, but not quite. Very easy drinking, acidic tones, weak sweetness, weak bitterness, weak hops, balanced and nice.

UPDATED: MAR 8, 2020 On tap @ Ghetto Something. Aroma of barnyard, yeast, cereals and fruity esters. Pours cloudy pale golden color with large soapy white head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts light to medium sweet bready and citrusy with funky note, following is yeasty, grassy and medicinal, mouthfeel is crisp and dry, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Good one, but not hi standard...

White head didn't last. 3 A Spicy tropical, esters, rounded farmhouse notes. 8 T Apricot, citrus peel, lime. Honeyish sweetness. Light tartness and funk. Finishes fruity with biscuity malt and mild hop bitterness. 8 P Fine carbonation, medium body is nice structure. 3
