Piwo jest gęste i wyraźnie lepi się do szkła, piana bardzo wolno spływa i zostawia nieco śladów. Aromat mocne nuty palonej kawy, czekolady twardej i pralin, nieco nut owocowych lakierów i wanilii. Wyklejające usta, gęste, treściwe ale z wyraźnie wytrawnym finiszem. W samku gorzka czekolada, mocna, wręcz kwaskowa kawowość i paloność. Nie ma tu słodyczy, jest przyjemne rozgrzewanie, gładkość, niskie nasycenie i goryczkowy finisz. Pyszne to jest.

UPDATED: APR 3, 2022 Colore nero, schiuma sottile poco persistente marrone. Al naso inizialmente malto tostati, poi vaniglia e caramella mou. Si avverte una leggera carbonazione, oleosa, al palato note prevalenti di vaniglia, malto tostati, il caffè non è invadente. Il gusto è inizialmente dolce per poi virare nel finale con l'amaro classico del genere. Nel finale si avverte una nota secca. Una birra abbastanza armonica, le componenti non sono mai invadenti, l'alcol è ben nascosto e la bevibilitá rispetto ai gradi dichiarati è altissima.

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2021 Liquide noir, petite mousse. Nez : licorice, cerise noire, chocolat, café, poire ; puis réchauffé, un peu de raisin et beaucoup de vanille. Bouche : la vanille s'impose mais le chocolat et le café restent avec une panoplie d'épices dont certaines me sont étrangères. Corps imposant, sucre assez présent, équilibre et tout et tout. Magnifique.

UPDATED: JAN 9, 2021 Nera con testa marrone pannosa e persistente. Aroma: cioccolato, caffè, vaniglia, caramello ed una punta alla base di salsa di soia un po’ invadente. Al palato c’è del cioccolato e tanta vaniglia. Questa dolcezza è lievemente stemperata dal caffè, dalle tostature e da una leggera nota resinosa amaricante. Abv presente nella bevuta e nel retrogusto. Corpo massiccio e oleoso ed abbastanza vellutato. Carbonazione bassa.
