Ungstrup (51301) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 14, 2016Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a dry finish.
Bawelt (874) - Lyon, FRANCE - MAY 18, 2016Pas trop mal moi qui suis d’habitude pas fan de la Pleine Lune.
Relativement aromatisée, portée sur de légers fruits tropicaux et des légères notes herbales, on lui trouve des airs de pale ale loin d’être ridicule.
On retrouve également un peu de corps avec un léger maltage.
Agréable.

Arôme offre un nez fruité plaisant, bouquet houblonné noble avec une petite note de levure en rétro. Le tout garde un petit rappel beurre diacetyl.
Palais est sec, citronnée voire agrumes avec un base maltée - grains sur la fin qui apporte une certaine douceur. Fini sur un côté caramel malté, accompagné d’un léger fruité citrique.
