For the hotter days of summer when you need your hop fix but don’t need the 7% alcohol content. Late kettle additions of galaxy and centennial provide plenty of fruity overtones of peach, mango, and guava.

fiulijn (28318) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 1, 2015
Draught at London Pub, Vancouver; 10oz
Cloudy dark blond color. The mouthfeel is lean and dry; the malt is mild; the hop presents some timid qualities in the aroma, resins and lightly musky, and more in the flavor, harsh resins and some animal character; it seems quite spicy, from the yeast. The final has some kind of chicory-like bitterness.
Good, nothing spectacular, for a style that is not too exciting.
