Flavour has an interesting malty profile, tangy, light bitterness throughout, creamy finish with mild malt lingering. (6+) Aroma is mild but pleasant, light malt, sweet caramel touches over slightly drier malt, mild hops. (6+) Average palate is smooth. (3+) Overall impression is Kilkenny-esque but better. Enjoyable but on the mild side. On tap at the brewpub.
