UPDATED: NOV 18, 2023 Bottle at Las Buenas Pulgas, served in a weizen glass. Dark chocolate color, big brown head with long retention, good lacing. Aroma of banana, cloves, figs, chocolate, licorice. Medium to full body, creamy texture, good carbonation. Taste of banana, caramel, malts, chocolate, figs. Very good.

UPDATED: OCT 23, 2023 Aroma : Toffee, wheat, fusty yeastiness, hint of fruity raisens & brown bread. Taste : Medium body, smooth creamy texture. Low bitterness with just merest touch of sweetness underneath. Flavours are malty toffee & wheat. No alcohol burn which is sometimes present at this relatively high ABV. Decent

UPDATED: OCT 13, 2023 Bottle. Pours dark brown with medium head. Aroma is caramel, hazelnuts, some cream, roast, some butter. Taste is caramel, malty, salty, some nuts, butter, some roasted almonds. Nice beer!

UPDATED: OCT 23, 2023 Dark brown, creamy white head. Nose of wheat, caramel, a bit nutty, sweet, some dried fruit. Interesting weizenbock.

UPDATED: MAY 24, 2023 Zapach sama śliwka. Barwa ciemny brąz i totalnie nieprzejrzysty, aż podpada lekko pod czarny. Wysoka kremowa, drobna piana. Wysoko wysycone, w smaku od początku dominuje śliwka, w tle pląta się banan, ale naprawdę w tle. Wbrew pozorom lekkie, choć smaki są mega intensywne i ta śliwka dość długo się utrzymuje. Kozackie piwo.

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2023 Botella de 50 cl Color marrón oscuro o color chocolate, con una densa capa de espuma beige cremosa. Apariencia sedosa. Intensa en nariz, notas a levadura, caramelo, higos y algo de regaliz y fruta madura. En boca no es tan dulce como me la esperaba, se nota la presencia de las maltas y su aportación, pero hay un cierto amargor que asocio a frutos secos como avellana o nuez moscada y un puntito ácido agradable, típico de las cervezas de trigo.

UPDATED: MAR 4, 2023 Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into mug. Appearance: Dark brown colour with reddish reflection, medium head which soon fades to smaller one. Aroma: Malt, dark fruits, raisins, hint of alcohol, hint of grains/wheat. Palate: Medium body, moderate carbonation. Taste: Roasted malt, caramel, raising/dried dark fruits, spices, dark chocolate, bittersweet finish. Overall impression: Interesting, pleasant, good for sipping.

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2022 33cl bottle. Pours intense brown, with medium grained light cream foam. Aroma is intensely malty and caramel, up to molasses, but also fig. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high sweet. Final is average.

UPDATED: DEC 25, 2022 BESTER DUNKLER WEIZENBOCK!!! Wenn ein Bier pikantus heißt, muss es schon was drauf haben. Deshalb habe ich es mir extra bei Amazon zu einem leicht unverschämten Preis bestellt. Beim Einschenken kommt das Bier mit öliger Konsistenz ins Glas. Überraschenderweise riecht es nach Sekt und nicht süßlich. Es ist dunkel braun und die beige, feinporiger Schaum Krone ist fingerdick und standfest.Beim Antrunk zurückhaltende Kaffee Noten mit Hefe und Malz ganz hinten. Wo sind die 16Grad Plato Stammwürze hingekommen? Eine malzige Süße ist erkennbar - sie verbaut die 7,3% Alkohol. Beim Abgang sind die Kaffee Aromen stärker aber immer noch dezent. Es kommt deutlich Hopfen Bitterkeit hinzu, die den feinen Geschmack unterstützt. Der Alkohol ist leicht spürbar.Die Rezenz ist zurückgeschraubt und passt in das Gesamtmuster. Am Gaumen bleibt kein spezifischer Geschmack zurück-das erste Mal bei einem dunklen Bock. Ich habe die Bedeutung von pikant nachgeschaut: angenehm scharf durch verschiedene, fein aufeinander abgestimmte Gewürze. Wenn ich jetzt die Geschmacksnoten Kaffee, Malz, Süße, Bitterkeit, Alkohol in Beziehung setze, ist die Definition voll erfüllt! 01-2019
