UPDATED: DEC 14, 2022 Missed review from 6.8.2016. Thin off white head soon left a froth on lemon coloured body with slowly rising huge bubbles.. Tropical, spicy & citrus aroma. Good thick body feel to it with a slight cloy on the back. Tangy with lime, lemon, citrus, candy sweets & a peppery aft. I'm not getting a lot of the 'traditional Saison style' here - but I'm still really enjoying it. These guys don't seem to be able to put a foot wrong at the moment - the only downside it this is so too easy to drink! A great beer for an afternoon in the garden

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2018 Draft: Poured a golden with white head. Aroma is grassy straw. Taste is dry funky fields.

Tap. Rather clear pale golden-yellow color with small white head. Aroma is spicy yeasts, juicy fruits, a bit grassy. Taste is herbal, a bit thyme and rosemary, dough, a bit fruitiness from the hops, peppery yeast finish. Oily mouthfeel with low to medium carbonation. Quite nice, maybe a bit too herbal for me.

Aroma hvetemalt, banan, krydder, humle. Utseende tåkete lys strågul med hvitt skum. Smak krydder, hvetemalt, banan, syrlig frukt, humle. Frisk og fruktig. Tap på Crowbar, 20cl 5%

Tap at het Klooster, Delft: Hazy yellow colored brew with an mildly zesty taste, hints of sharp lemongrass.

Lane @Brewdog Shoreditch. Barwa bardzo jasna, równomiernie zmętnione, piana trwała, drobnopęcherzykowa. Aromat ananasa i cytrusów ponad saisonową przyprawowością. Zaczyna się bardzo słodko, ale w kierunku finiszu słodycz ustępuje. Goryczka zaznaczona, ale nienachalna. Wysycenie średnie. Bardzo pijalne.

UPDATED: JUN 8, 2018 bottle that pours slightly hazy bright yellow with a nice reviving white head offering good retention and lacing. citrusy flowers or floral citrus, lean peppery cereals, white grapes and pears, even some pale earthy stone fruits, toned down phenolic notes, belgian/saiss8in yeast, tiny pinch of acidity, either from yeast or fruit; some lime leaf, minerals. healthy carbonation, light body - never watery; dry and crisp herbal-citrusy finish. held up really well (february '17 bottling). some resonance with '20' series (belgian pale ale). very lovely lightly hopped saison with a subtle and integrated lime input.
