UPDATED: MAR 4, 2023 Dry and floral, mildly sweet with a honey undertone and a dry, slightly boozy finish. Tasty.

huineman (1370) - Madrid, SPAIN - NOV 11, 2022
UPDATED: NOV 11, 2022 50 cl bottle at Ki-Jote restaurant, Alcalá de Henares, stated at 14% ABV. A completely colorless, transparent, oily pour: from afar it seems to be water; when you move it you see it's denser. A crisp, not too pronounced aroma: white flowers, red apple, a hint of petrol (like the note you might find in a vintage Riesling.) Rahter dry onset despite the oily alcohol that anounced what I expected to be sweetness. Stout, not particularly refreshing (this is a slow sip.) Mouth-covering, medium to long aftertaste with renewed hints of white flowers.

The aromas are very subtle, tapioca, floral, bready. The flavour are subtle also, makes that rice wine very fine.

labeerinthum (8038) - Milano, ITALY - DEC 15, 2017
Bevuto a temperatura ambiente.
