Bottle conditioned.
Ingredients: Water; wheat malt; barley malt; roasted malt; hops; yeast.
Erdinger Weissbier Dunkel is a rich and smooth wheat beer specialty from Erdinger Weissbräu. It owes its full-bodied flavor to the fine hops and dark malt used in its production.

The dark beer specialty is brewed according to an age-old recipe. Its spicy flavor also results from the increased proportion (about 13%) of original wort.

BillWyce (1668) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 17, 2024
UPDATED: APR 17, 2024 Pours semi-opaque nut brown with a pillowy, 3-finger bone-colored head. Mild aroma of banana esters with notes of caramel and roast. Medium body with some oil to it. Long, mild finish. Brief flavor of roast that quickly gives way to banana esters. A note of nutty-sweet malt shows at the back.

pindolaire (627) - SPAIN - AUG 17, 2023

UPDATED: MAR 19, 2023 Al servir corona persistente. Buen color y presencia.
