UPDATED: DEC 25, 2023 750ml bottle from Tavour. Clear golden pour, initial bubbly head. Yeasty aroma, bready. Taste is bready, fruity, sweet, apple, floral. Slick, slippery feel.

UPDATED: MAR 21, 2023 Liquide doré trouble avec mousse courte et persistante. Nez biscuité, malté, miel et coriandre. En bouche, on retrouve le nez avec une présence de l'alcool très marquée et relevée par un côté épices, excellent dans le style !!!

UPDATED: JAN 22, 2023 Flaska från Beer Republic. Aningen disig guldfärgad med ett stabilt vitt skum. Dofter av hö, honung, örter, frukt, alkohol. Smakinslag av hö, honung, apelsin, gräs, örter, banan, koriander. Värmande alkohol. Fyllig kropp.

UPDATED: JAN 9, 2021 Warm fold pour, quick white head. Nose is honey, malt, and spice. Middle is malt, honey, coriander, ripe pear, graham cracker. Finish is warm, but deceptively smooth, with spice getting the last word.

UPDATED: DEC 2, 2020 Copenhagen 2/12 2020. 35,5 cl bottle from Kvickly, Østergade, Middelfart. Red tail and flames printed on the bottle. Pours unclear orange with a small white head. Disappears completely after a few seconds leaving only flimsy remnants behind. No lacing. Aroma is intense with a sweet yet sharp odor not without a boozy tang. Sweet malts, sugar, caramel. Sharp grainy odor laced in alcohol. A little metallic. Strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture. Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry boozy finish., Boozy and sweet. Not the worst way to get plastered.

UPDATED: NOV 29, 2020 Bottle. A- Coriander, clove, mild orange peel, slightly malty. A- Copper gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Coriander, heavy spice, clove, mild booze, mild banana. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- Had with Thanksgiving dinner. The amount of spice was ridiculous. A good beer but the coriander and peppercorns could be tamed. I get some orange and banana but again, hard to get past the spice. A definite yeasty presence as well.

UPDATED: NOV 28, 2020 (Bottle) Amber colour, slightly hazy, with brief frothy off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of dried fruit, orange peel, apricots, mandarin, coriander, spices, honey and marzipan. Fruity, spicy, malty taste with dried fruit, apricots, mandarin, honey, coriander, spices, flowers and a mild spicy bitterness in a warming finish. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well made, with lots of floral and spicy flavours. Very nice.

UPDATED: OCT 18, 2020 Appearance- golden, pretty much no head but plenty of bubbles rising. Aroma- Belgian yeast, spices, orange peel, hint of coriander and herbs, some caramel malt in the background. Taste is spicy malt, orange, yeasty, sweet fruit, hop bitterness, honey-glazed fruitcake, boozy fruits, sweet and sticky in the mouth. Rich, very good stuff. Lasting bittersweet finish.
