UPDATED: NOV 18, 2019 Złote, zmętnione, piana niezbyt obfita. Aromat owocowy, grejpfrut, mango plus karmel, żywica. Smak całkiem słodki, karmel plus owoce tropikalne, żywiczność, może lekka kwiatowość. Goryczka niska, bardzo przyjemna. Bardzo fajne pijalne piwo, bez większych wad.

UPDATED: APR 13, 2019 Appearance is amber with a slight haze, a small foamy clingy white head. Aroma is lots of pithy stone fruit, orange, stewed fruit, mango, caramel hints. Taste- pineapple, mango, hops, grapefruit hints, stone fruit, toffee and caramel undertones with a trace of biscuity malt.

Tap at Mikkeller Bangkok. Poured a clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light citrus, piney hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light, crisp, fresh, malt, citrus fruit, dry woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Neben der Bierschmiede aus Steinbach am Attersee gibt es auch in Kalifornien einen Bierschmied, der sich AleSmith nennt. Das Bier ist wie sehr viele amerikanische Ales sehr gut mit Aromahopfen versehen, welcher gut harmoniert. Die Malzigkeit tritt in den Hintergrund. Ein gutes Bier, das man auch einem "Bier-Laien" zumuten kann.

355 ml. bottle @ home, served in a teku glass. Aroma: not very intense aromas of grapefruit, pine, resin, citrus. Some malts, caramel malts and flowers in the background. Appearance: light gold to gold color with perfectly white head. Medium to high head thickness with low to medium retention and low to medium Brussels' lacing. Medium haziness. A very thin layer of foam remains on top of the beer. Taste: low sweetness, medium bitterness, low sourness. Flavors of pine, resin, grapefruit, citrus, lemon, lemon zest, lime, tangerine. flowers. Some toasted and caramel malts in the background. Balance is toward the bitterness. Palate: low to medium body, watery texture, medium carbonation, quite long dry finish with low to medium bitterness and the same aforementioned flavors. Alcohol is not noticeable. Low astringency. Overall: good appearance, weak but pleasant aromas. Powerful flavors of grapefruit, resin, pine, flowers and some malts in the background. Too watery texture. Not very good but maybe this bottle it's too old after travelling to Europe.

Mocno cytrusowe i tropikalne piwo o średnio-wysokiej goryczce. Orzeźwiające, aczkolwiek ciało niekoniecznie jest lekkie; przez goryczkę przebija się delikatna, słodowa kontra. Bardzo fajne, klasyczne american pale ale.

A light yellow beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has complex citrus, some caramel, hint of grain. Taste has the same elements, grapefruit, citrus, some caramel, enough of bitterness to keep balance with sweetness. Medium bodied. Again the great balance as the Alesmith can do it. Very good beer.
