UPDATED: NOV 30, 2020 Color dorado-naranja medio turbio con espuma fina blanca de retención media y residuo escaso. Aroma a frutas de hueso, níspero, caramelo y piña dulce con notas a resina y cítricos. Sabor a naranja, frutas de hueso maduras y caramelo con notas a frutas tropicales, resina y ligero pino. Dulzor y alcohol medios y amargor medio-alto con regusto medio-largo. Textura semi-oleosa, cuerpo medio y carbonatación medio-ligera. Una buena West-Coast IPA, maltosa, lupulada y sabor duradero, aunque poco compleja.

UPDATED: SEP 13, 2020 Schon lange habe ich kein spanisches Bier mehr getrunken. Jetzt habe ich wieder eines vor mir - auch wenn die Braumeister es wohl eher als katalanisches Bier bezeichnen würden. Es ist ein American IPA mit dem vollen amerikanischen Aromenkranz, der die starke Bitterkeit nicht nur ertragen lässt, sondern sie direkt zur Freude macht. Kein malziges IPA, sondern ein wunderbar harmonischen, tief aromatisches Bier, wie es die Amis kaum besser schaffen

TASTE: initial medium-low hop flavor with fruity character (mandarin, apricot) and slight herbaceous. medium-low to malt background with a slight toffee character. medium bitterness with a dry and slightly bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an average american IPA.
