COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A fruity one hop wonder. Brewed with Pale Ale malt, some Lager malt and a touch of light Cara. This single hop beer is made with Mosaic hops at each of the four stages of the brew process. This imparts bold hop characteristics, including peach, mango, lemon and pine flavours and aromas. Mosaic Pale ale goes brilliantly with lightly spiced dishes such as lamb tagine, thai fish cakes or scallops and chorizo. Design and Packaging Supreme Champion and Best New Individual design awards at 2014 International Beer Challenge.

Martinsh (2830) - Crewe, Cheshire, ENGLAND - AUG 31, 2023
UPDATED: AUG 31, 2023 Cask at Picture House, Stafford. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with an almost white small foamy head and good lacing. There’s a pronounced flowery and perfumed aroma to this one. In the mouth it starts off sweet and malty, but with some underlying hops, and flavour of marmalade and corn. Gradually floral hops come to dominate and it becomes quite butter with lemon, gooseberry and pine notes, leading to a slightly dry finish. It’s entirely reasonable.

Vignale (7638) - Malmö, SWEDEN - SEP 27, 2022
UPDATED: SEP 28, 2022 Cask at Charlies Bar, Copenhagen. Dry, fruthy, crisp and refreshing. Rakes out the best in the mosaic hops with strawberries and melon paired Witherspoon the best in british pale ale: minerals, flowers, hat och à small gradsystem bitterness. Really nice

UPDATED: SEP 18, 2022 At first sniff strong pineapple. Later, it's too faint for me to put a finger on what I feel. Overall very subtle ...or a new strain of corona. It's not offensive, which makes it more approachable for more people. An easy drinker.

FACambridge (1438) - Chelmsford, Essex, ENGLAND - AUG 16, 2022
UPDATED: AUG 16, 2022 Aroma : A touch of sweet caramel malt, with a light grapefruity citrus & tiny hints of tropical fruits & pine resin. Taste : Light watery body. Smoothish texture. Overiding flavour is a lightly bitter hoppy citrussy grapefruit with tiny undertones of tropical fruits, pine and sweet caramel. O.K. on a warm summer afternoon, but too thin for an evening session. (Crab Shack, Worthing, West Sussex)
