UPDATED: JAN 18, 2024 Clear golden blonde pour with a thin white head and thin bands of lacing …. Aroma is of light tropical fruits and citrusy hops think mango, passion fruit and pineapple …. Taste is of caramel malts, bready malts, grassy hops, light lemon and some dry hops with a sour tartness ….. bitter dry hops come in on the back end and into the finish ….. finish is dry and tart with lingering dry hops and bready malts …. The aroma has light tropical and citrusy notes but none of that comes through in the taste…. Sessionable blonde

UPDATED: NOV 23, 2023 Draft @ SK Oceans, Osaka. Clear gold with a good white head. Aroma of lemons. Taste of lemons, malts and some mild grapefruits. Moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. I’m usually not too keen on Blonde Ales but this one manages to be highly drinkable without being too bland. Would make for a great summer/beach beer I reckon.

UPDATED: NOV 5, 2023 Bottle at Applebee's: yeah you read that right. I had a bottle of this mediocre blonde at Applebee's. The beer was about as unmemorable as the tasteless chicken wonton tacos I had.
