UPDATED: AUG 26, 2022 On tap at The Colmore, pours a clear dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted nuts, banana, and bready malt. Flavour is full of banana, toasted nuts, bready malt and toffee — almost like a banoffee pudding. Malty, banana-y and bready. Good stuff.

UPDATED: MAY 1, 2021 Copenhagen 1/5 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Black can with two horizontal red lines and Thornbridge's logo and ornaments in gold. Pours opaque, reddish brown with a mid-sized white hed. Settles as a thin but consistent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Rawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing. Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with sour grains and alcohol. Sweet caramel, toffee and biscuits. Touch of banana. Tart orange with hints of citrus. Sweet lemonade. Medium strong carbonation. Medium thin, soft, smooth texture. Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a more modesty tart bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry. Solid dark Weizen with a healthy, bread, malty tenure.
