COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Ingredienser: Vand. Malt: Pilsner, Munich, Melanoidin, Cara-pils. Humle: Calypso. Gær: UK-ale.

Månedens fadøl april 2014.

Bottled. A dark brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, and prunes, leading to a bitter finish.

yngwie (22205) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 1, 2015
On tap at Basement Beer Bar. A hazy dark golden to amber colored beer with a small, dense white head. The aroma is rather weak, with some caramel notes, a touch of citrus peel and some pine cones. It’s full bodied, a bit heavy on the carbonation and it feels lightly warming. The flavor is mostly on the bitter side, with some malty caramel in the back. Citrus peel and some tropical fruits. Lasting finish. Rather boring this one, but sure drinkable. 150401
