UPDATED: SEP 9, 2022 Draught at Lambiczoon: pours clear light gold with white head that leaves lacing. Aroma is bergamot, light mineral and lemon. Taste is quite salty with big bergamot.

UPDATED: SEP 6, 2022 Tap at Lambiczoon, Milano, Italy. Pours pale gold, fairly transparent, with very fine white foam, limited. Aroma is funky, lemony, a little fruity and grapes. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is delicately salty, very limited sourness. Final is fairly short.

UPDATED: DEC 17, 2019 33cl bottle picked up at Terminal 1 in Codogno, Italy and enjoyed on 24-Nov-2019. Slightly hazy pale colour with a small white head. Aroma of citrus and wheat. Light body and carbonation. Taste is slightly tart - fruity but thin. Disappointing collaboration from 2 of my favourite breweries.

UPDATED: NOV 21, 2019 Yellow hazy with small white head. Slightly sour aroma. Mildly sour taste with fruity notes, bit watery. Overall well balanced and refreshing.
