Taste: Slightly sweet and malty start with spicey tones and a crsip but light bitter mouthfeel. Has a slightly buttery texture. Light/medium body with fizzy carbonation. Long lasting bitter and dry finish.

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2023 Tap @ Prague Beer Museum, Prague, Czech Republic. Golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma is malt, grain. Taste is malt, sweet, grain, slightly citrusy and grassy. Medium body, average carbonation.

UPDATED: MAY 5, 2023 0.5 bottle from Idea London, Belgrade. My favorite type of cap. Pours dark golden color with thin but long lasting creamy head. Yeasy aroma with a hint of malts and grass. Taste grass, citrus, malts, grapefruit, herbs, bitter, cardboard. Rather dry texture and medium carbobation. Palate malts, yeast, herbs, dry finish. I'd say it's an unusual Czech pilsner with yeast on top instead Czech hops but still good.

UPDATED: APR 5, 2023 Dark golden with a white head. Malt aroma. Malt body with some hops to balance with some bitterness. Malt and hop bitterness goes into the finish. This was nice.

UPDATED: AUG 8, 2022 500 ml bottle in Pilsen. Clear darkest golden with a foamy head. Caramel, citrus, roasted malt, grassy hops, metal, marzipan, stonefruit. Malty sweetness, hoppy metallic bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, hoppy malty bittersweet finish. Good.

UPDATED: DEC 24, 2022 Tap at singular Bilbao. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is semi sweet nutty malts, sweet cereal, honey malts, grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet cereal grains, grass, honey, firm bitterness. Ok. Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation. Tasty pils.

UPDATED: JUN 14, 2022 'Bernard Sváteční Ležák 12°', Flasche, von meiner lieben Tochter aus Prag mitgebracht. - Kupfergold, klar. - In der Nase recht fettes, leicht karamelliges helles Malz, Butter, Sahnebonbon aber nur gedämpfte Hopfung. - Füllig malzweicher Antrunk mit fein gerstiger Malzigkeit, delikater Restsüße, etwas Honig und einem Anflug von Dörrobst, bald abgelöst von kerniger hopfenwürziger Herbe, die in satte Bittere übergeht. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Langer bitterer Nachtrunk, in dem die Butter noch mitspricht. - Kernig gehopftes, gut bitteres Festbier von solider Malzigkeit (Tennenmalz?) und mit der delikaten Butternote, die den Reiz noch erhöht.
