Sweet, malty, fruity flavours to the fore with this, dried apricots, sweet peach and toast notes. There are hints of vanilla and toffee through the beer along with a hint of spice. Good stuff.

GreenCat (739) - SLOVENIA - AUG 31, 2023UPDATED: AUG 31, 2023 0,5 l bottle. Pours slightly hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt galore, bread with light grassy and herbal hop notes. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Finish is on the dry side, pleasantly bitter, just enough to balance malt sweetness. Great one, really drinkable despite heavy malt richness.
hawthorne00 (8445) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - AUG 24, 2023UPDATED: AUG 24, 2023 Bottle, which - like most of their beers - is a creeper. Gold with a quivering inch of dense, doming white head. Aroma of biscuit, some grass and pepper. Rich and sweet at first with some peach, booze and then spiced bitterness. Good in a style I've never loved.

Smell: Spiced honey with a rich pils maltiness and bready, biscuity tones. Floral, grassy herbaceousness hop accents.
Taste: Abundant bready pils malts with a sweet honey spread. Soundly spicy with a floral, grassy vibe amidst a balanced mingling of bitterness and alcohol. Though still harboring a bit of malt richness, there's a lightly drying quality to the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall: A quite likable beer from a stalwart brewery.
