COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Denne øl vandt DM guld i haandbryg 2013 i kategorien Mørk Lager.

NosirIwont (3755) - Husum, DENMARK - DEC 29, 2015
Bottle. 7.2%. Best before 29.01.16. Pours a hazy dark amber/red/brown with a creamy, tan head. Great lacing. Heavily smoked and sweet citrus hop aroma. A bit peculiar mix, but somehow works. Flavour is heavily smoked as well; barbecue, with pine and citrus hops. Doesn’t work as well as the aroma though. Sweetish as it warms. Bitter, smoked finish with an alcohol burn. Lingering grassy and green apple notes. A bit too much carbonation. Overall okay, but the flavour is a bit too unbalanced. 29.12.15.

Shared bottle at local tasting. Pours dark brown with a small tanned head. Aroma is weak whisky and peated smoke. Taste is moderate sweet sugars, mixed with a light burning alcohol , some good smoked addition, light dry in the finish. ok.
