UPDATED: FEB 6, 2023 Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is spicy, floral, some yeasty and wheaty tones. Flavour is bananas. some spices, wheat and midl earthy and herbal tones. Quite rich carbonation makes it rather sharp to drink.

Draught @ Aarhus Bryghus forårs festival. Pours slightly hazy dark yellow with a white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, sweet fruit, banana. Flavor is sweet, wheat, light dusty, light yeast, sweet fruit. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish. 010417

Copenhagen 23/2 2017. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly. As "Grauballe Økologisk Hvede. When you look at the label you get the feeling that you just purchased a bottle of window cleaner. Sterile looking and a bit austere. Pours bubbly, hazy golden yellow with white head. Head disappears fairly fast leaving thin rim of foam. No lacing. Aroma is sweet and lemonade-like with a healthy amount of banana and citric fruits in the background. Strong carbonation and watery palate. Flavor is fruity and medium sweet followed by medium sourness. Aftertaste is bitter sweet ending a little bit sugary. Quite thin but refreshing and aromatic. Not bad for a bottle of window cleaner.

Bottle as Grauballe Økologisk Hvede. It pours hazy golden with a small white head. The aroma is banana and clove. Wheat and a light sour note. The flavor is banana gum and wheat. This is a weissbier not a wit.

Bottle. Pours light hazy yellow with a small, staying, frothy white head. Aroma has sweet wheat, light grainy, fine hops, grass and light citrussy. Medium carbonation, fine dry and fairly light mouthfeel. Flavour has fine wheat sweetness, mild graininess, citrus. Fairly refreshing.
