UPDATED: MAR 18, 2022 Rating #12,000. Murky brown with a medium sized foamy beige head. Malty and sweet with vague golden fruit, oak and toffee that turns to raisin and fig. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Tasty enough but still a disappointment from what I was hoping.

Taste; sweet malts, citrus, acids, yeast, wood, yogurt, caramel, herbs and spices, and lingering fruity balanced finish. Feel; good body, soft co². Overall; big corked bottle 25€ @Vinmonopolet, tasty, so it was worth the wallet stunt.

Attack: tingly crisp Mids: yeasty date malt, lvl6-sweetness, boozy, brown sugar Finish: wet woody oak, nutmeg Overall: big fizzy mouthfeel, deep rich malts, lively flavour. High quality stuff

UPDATED: JAN 22, 2021 75cl bottle at home. Murky reddish amber, creamy offwhite head. Vinous, dried fruity, plum, vanilla oaky, banana, light acidity and tartness, ending bretty earthy, dry and lightly bitter - complex and balanced. Good body, lively big bubbly carbonation.

UPDATED: JAN 11, 2021 A hűtőből kivéve, felbontáskor sajnos kihabzott, de ez az élvezeti értékét nem nagyon befolyásolta., csak alátványa sínylette meg. Közepes, gyorsan elapadó hab, félbarna szín. Illata édeskés, karamelles, gabonás, hordós-vaníliás, szőlős-mustos beütéssel. Karamelles, gabonás, élesztős ízek, szőlős, vaníliás, fahordós aromákkal, talán egy leheletnyi szilvával. Édeskés, testes, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén kesernyés, ami inkább atölgyfától származik, mint a komlótól. Nagyon finom, nagy formátumú sör.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2021 Pours a hazy amber color with aroma of dark fruit, caramel, and yeast. Dark fruit wine-like flavor with notes of caramel, and yeast. Really nice. 2012 bottle.
