UPDATED: MAY 12, 2023 MBCC 2023 Copenhagen, Blue Session. Hazy orange golden colour. Aroma and Taste of lactic cherries, red fruits, vanilla. Easy to drink.

UPDATED: MAY 6, 2023 Tap. Hazy deep amber color with white head. Aroma is cherry skin, deep marzipan, very flavourful, but not overdone. Taste is mild marzipan, cherry, minerals, clean. Low carbonation, oily mouthfeel. Tasty!

UPDATED: FEB 16, 2023 Draught. Ruby colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is sour cherries, some red wine like tones with mild herbs and some grapes with red currant too. Flavour is sour cherries, some black currant, mild forest strawberries and some mild almond tones with a big wooden tartness too.

UPDATED: DEC 9, 2019 37.5cl bottle with BB 16/8/24. Rusty brown pour, clear body, no head. Farmhouse funk, musty wood, sour cherries and red wine notes on the nose in order of prominence. Palate is vinous, low carbonation, medium bodied with moderate sour flavours and an astringent finish. Cherries come through in the mid palate and are subdued. Another superior beer from the Spontano series.

UPDATED: OCT 5, 2019 Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Red colour. Moderate malty and light hopy and powerful sour aroma. Some cherries present. Moderate bitter nice sour cherry flavor. Average moderate bitter/acetic finish. Creamy palate.

Barwa głęboko czerwona, lekko zaróżowiona piana tworzy się z łatwością i ładnie zdobi szkło. Aromat jest intensywny i wprost kojarzy się z wiśniami. Najpierw przypomina po prostu świeże, rozgniecione owoce, a po chwili pojawia się słodki zapach soku wiśniowego. Nuty dzikie, o rustykalnym charakterze w tle. W smaku wytrawne, również zdominowane owocami. Wiśnie są na tyle intensywne, że każdy łyk pozostawia posmak jak po jedzeniu mocno kwaśnych odmian prosto z drzewa. Kwaśność również przypomina po prostu najkwaśniejsze odmiany wiśni. Winisz jest wytrawny, lekko cierpki i taninowy, ściągający. Dzikość w tle.
