Ølsnedkeren, Pours red with a small head, aroma of smoke, wood, smoked fish, flavor is smoked, wood, fish, slightly bitter, medium bodied

Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Modrate malty and light hoppy smoked aroma. Light bitter nice smoked flavor. Average finish. Oily palate.

Tap @ Mig og ølsnedkeren. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are smoke, malt, hops and ash. Smoky finish.

Keg at the brewpub, CPH, 30/04/15. Hazed golden amber topped with a decent light beige swirl. Nose is smoked malt, light fruit esters, toffee, spice, biscuit. Taste comprises smoked malt, spice, toffee, sweet’n’sour vibes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent smoked #.

[5/1/15] Draught at Ølsnedkeren in Copenhagen. Amber. Nice smoked sausage aroma. Smoky flavor with malt, a bit of caramel, and some bitter hops. Medium-bodied. Good.

Bigger Copenhagen bimble with Colin and Reuben. Keg at the brewpub. Hazy amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is soft and semi dry. Nibbly fine carbonation. Light marmalade. Medium smoke and mild kippers. Light dry finish. Decent.

Tap@Ølsnedkeren, Copenhagen - amber pour with white head. Aroma and taste is malty, light gammon ham meaty, caramel, light to medium smoky, (don’t normally rate smoked beers) but not to brutal for me this one.

Draught at Ølsnedkeren. Low fluffy white lasting head. Hazy amber body. Mildly smoke and pretty hoppy aroma and flavor with a high carbonation and a long finish.

Draught@Ølsnedkeren, Copenhagen. Hazy amber colour, mediumsized creamy white head, which leaves good lace. Aroma is smoked malts, mild wood and some earthy notes. Flavour is smoked malts, some butter scotch as well as a nice bitterness in the finish.

Poured light amber with an off white head. Aroma of sweet, smoked malt, dark fruit. Light body, flavour is medium sweet, lightly smokey.
