Pours black with nice tan head. Moderate head retention, some lacing. Roasty, subtle smoky, subtle tart, licorice nose. Medium body, soft carbonation, viscous texture. Taste is moderate bitter, roasty, chocolate, coffee, some sweet ntoes. Smooth and very enjoyable.

On tap at Mikkeller & Friends, july 25th 2015. Black body with a small tanned head. Aroma of tar and roast woth burned coffee and fruit. Taste is sweet with licorice and dark chocolate, red fruit, bittter finish, with a lasting roasty aftertaste. Quite pleasant!

Beczka. Barwa brunatna, nie przejrzyste. Piana beżowa, drobna, mała. Aromat słodki kawowy, czekoladowy, delikatnie alkoholowy. W smaku słodkawy, goryczka na poziomie niskim. Piwo średnio nasycone, z lekko goryczkowym posmakiem.

Fad: Ovenpå 18th street er dette egentlig overraskende nok den lettere del af udstyret. Kulsort igen med et fint skumhoved. Duften er sødlig maltet. Smagen er fin men ikke helt oppe at ringe. Ikke så god som håbet.

Draught @Taphouse. Pours black in color with a thick brown head. Roasted malty aroma, mild hops, dark bread, plums. Flavor has sweetness, roastedness, milky notes, chocolate. Bit thin for this abv. Too sweet for me as well.

Clear dark black brown color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, roasted, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150528]

On tap @ Henrik, Bergen. Black body, small off-white head. Nose is chocolate, cookies, caramel and hints of grains, coffee and brown sugar. Taste is cocoa, chocolate, caramel, grains, hints of vanilla, brown sugar and cookies. Full body, medium carbonation. Very smooth and chocolate-like porter from Amager.

UPDATED: SEP 6, 2015 Smells alot of chocolate. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Tastes alot of chocolate. A very nice smooth porter.
