UPDATED: FEB 6, 2023 Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some toffeeish, mild earthy and some slight spicy and parfumed soapy tones. Flavour is citrus, some earth, mild spices, some toffee and floral tones.

Brun og let grumset/gylden og ufiltreret Saison med ganske stor, men flot hvidlig tætskummende top, som langsomt svinder til landskaber og et par mm. Lettere funky aroma af netop citrus og dild, som angivet. Frugtagtig og krydret med tillige gærnoter. Fin frisk smag og udmærket true-to-style Saison. Lille let surhed, ditto sødme og markant bitter. Smagen har noter af frugt og krydderier. Frisk og perlende mundfølelse og ganske højt karboneret. Olieret konsistens i en middel fyldig krop. Afslutningen er bitter og kort. 50 cl. bottle at fØLs 2016. Low fluffy white lasting head. Clear yellow body. Mildly spice fruity aroma and flavor with citrus notes, little hops bitterness, low carbonation and a short finish. Would not have guessed the relatively high alcohol percentage.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a lively white head with very good retention. Amazing Sorachi Ace aroma, super spicy and enticing blending in nicely with the Saison yeast. Rich body, very fruity and juicy with everything being enhanced by the Sorachi. Ends dry but not overly bitter. Yummy! 020216

Clear light to medium yellow color with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, herbs, citrus, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, herbs, yeast, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150828]

Small beige head. Clear deep yellow body. Spicy lavender and freshly cut wood aroma with fruity floral notes. Dry-sweet floral fruity spicy taste with wooden notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish fruity floral wooden aftertaste with dusty grape notes. Nice, vivid, drinkable. A bit slack, though. (0.23l draft at Taphouse, Copenhagen.)
