UPDATED: FEB 3, 2023 Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized foamy and lacing white head. Aroma is tart wood, some brett, mild wood and some berries. Flavour is berries, some tart wood, brett, mild spices and some toast. Wellbalanced, and actually works quite well, though the tartness is kind of all over it.

UPDATED: OCT 13, 2021 Backlog January 2017. Unclear deep golden body under a small, fading off-white had. A bit strange in aroma, dry fruit, cheese, medical alcohol, grass and some butterscotch. Taste is a bit raw with boozy alcohol, sour berries, dry fruit, sweet malt and some butterscotch. Body is balanced and aftertaste is long lasting. Drinkable but a bit weird and raw.

UPDATED: FEB 5, 2021 Aroma; sour cherries and other berries, mrs fredriksen's redcurrant bushes and other herbs, yogurt in the woods. Look; fawn shortlived head, on veiled golden brownish body. Taste; sour berries, acidic cherries, wine barrel, oak bark, vanilla, honey, pomerance peel, leather, green apple to the dry sides, yogurt, yeast, and finishes sour dry. Botella. Hazy like golden, no head, bubbly. Pleasantly tart and sweet, fruity yeasty vinious woody. Good palate. Tart lovely flavour!: Sour tart with fruit and wood, it's vinious, sweet, salty like in the finish , just lovely sour.. :-) Hides the 11,5 alc. by vol quite well. '

Thnx to Jeppe for this extremely random share, with amazing beers! This is one of the weirders beers ever tried . Apparently made with apples, cloudberries, hay, and wild yeast. Aged on port barrels. Damn. This one's got 77ships name all over it, shame he wasn't there. Pours unclear darker blonde, small white head. Smell is thick, mild sweet, some tart notes. Hay. Taste is full, sour, apples, tart, wood (very clear woody notes ) Very full and complex. Nice, actually, to both of us' surprise.

UPDATED: JUL 28, 2017 Denne ?l har et uklart gyldent udseende uden skum. ?llen har en syrlig aroma og smager meget syrligt og frugtigt. Medium karbonering.

Draft Herslev mark fadlagret. Hazy golden with no head. Strong bourbon aroma with hints of oak. Slightly sweet and sour taste with hints of grapes, and kvæde. Insanely smooth for the high abv, hides it almost completely!! Good job!
