Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque pale yellow with a small, white head. Tart, lactic, phenollic aroma. Medium body, hardly any carbonation, tart and minerally, yeasty, vitamins, lemony. Like unfermented sour wort. 180517

Taster at Taphouse. Low but lasting white fluffy head. Hazy milky light yellow green body. Aroma surprisingly smoke dominated with notes of wood. Having smelled a lot of smoke I expected a lot of smoke in the flavor as well. It is there but far from the extent I expected. The flavor seems watery with just a hint of fruit. Low carbonation. Short finish. The aroma is OK, the rest is boring and disappointing.

Vildgæret øl når det er bedst. Der er tydelig syrlige noter, men mest af frugt. En rigtig sommerøl

Bottle@Yesprs - Yellow pour with white head. Aroma and taste is sour fruity, some floral and herbal notes, sulphur, thin body, light dry sour finish.

Bottle at yespr. Hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Nose has grain, lactic sourness, hay. Flavour has the same things, mainly hay and grain with light fruit behind it, light sulphur. Light body, watery texture, light sweet and sour. Pretty inoffensive.

Fra fad på Taphouse: uklar lys halmgul med fint skum. Aroma er sommerblomster og lyse bær. Syrlig, let besk og sommerfrisk til å begynne med, stikkelsbær og lang eftersmag. Desværre taber den sig fort og bliver flad. Flot start, tam afslutning.

Fad: Nu er jeg barmhjertig da den åbenbart skal være en sour, men ellers ville jeg tænke inficeret som en i helvede. Komplet udrikkelig med duft af sure sokker og smag af det samme. Drainpour.
