On tap @ BeerTemple. Small sample. The aroma is full of manure, has some citrus, funk. Clear, red-amber coloured beer with a thin head. The taste is again filled with manure. Real organic fertilizer. I would rather drink a bottle of roundup. As Caesar puts it ’If my lady smells like this I have the wrong entrance’.

Tap @ Beer Temple, small sample. Clear amber color, short head. Aroma of barnyard, maneur, slight caramel, bit spicy. Smells horrible actually. Bit sweet in taste, slight spicy. Meh.

Tap @ Beer Temple. Hazy dark amber with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, brett, hop, grapefruit and spicy. Flavour is malt, caramel, brett, lemon, medium dry, medium sweet, hop, yeast, spices, spicy, little sour and medium bitter.

Aroma is citric herbal and funky, with apricots, dried leaves, citrus peel and basement. Taste has more funky lemon, brett, dust, dried leaves and apricots. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Draft at Beer Temple. Pours hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma of big Brett funk, barnyard, peppery notes, light fruits and a touch of citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap during RBESG2015, Day 3, Copenhagen - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and floral grassy hoppy, some barnyard yeast, zesty citrus lemon notes, dry finish.

Keg at Olbaren CPH, Day 3 of RBESG ’15, 22/08/15. Lightly hazed copper golden with a decent beige covering. Nose is pissy, straw, dank hop notes, citric peel, bitter orange, light must strokes. Taste comprises lemon rind, light hop notes, pissy citrics, bitter orange, damp straw, tarte apricot. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent saison, subtle hopping.

Aroma: yeast, grain malts, light citrus. Appearance: reddish, hazy, orange, small, creamy, white head. Taste: light bitter. Palate: sweet grain, caramel and bread malts. Overall: very nice Saison, excellent the elements of a Sour. Pint at BrewDog, Edinburgh.

Unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, orange - citrus, hoppy, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, fruity. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, grapefruit, citrus, saison yeast - yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity. Light citrusy. Bitter, smooth fruity. Citrusy and bretty. Crisp bretty, light sour and smooth fruity.
