Aroma of semi-sweet apples, light caramel, flowers and yeast. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and moderate tartness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Earthy slightly acidic finish. Not bad.

UPDATED: OCT 6, 2019 500ml bottle from Ciderwinkel. Hazy yellow gold colour, white foam head that retains and aroma of fruity apple, yeast. Taste is sweetish, fruity, apple, caramel, boozy with some mellow yeasty & earthy notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable

Bottle. Sample, 5cl. Pours clear golden with no head. Aroma has fresh apple, light funky. Medium carbonation, fine very dry and fairly oily mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet apple juice, fine dryness, lightly bitter. Thirst-quenching.

RBESG 2017, sampled on July 23, 2017 @ Olutravintola Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Pours cloudy golden, not much foam. Light apple peel nose. Sweet and creamy. Nice sweet, quite simple actually. Also not dry, more like semisweet. Finish is dry though. Clean apple cider, simple classic, good.

50cl bottle. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Ripe apples, sugars, juicy, fresh notes. Flavor has apples, sugars. Fresh apples. Nice cider.
