UPDATED: FEB 3, 2023 Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with a creamy small white head, which lasts for a good while. Aroma is tart, some acidity, mild ripe fruits and quite sugary. Flavour is raisins, some alcohol, plum, a bit toffeeish and sweet bready notes along with a quite dry palate. Cool for being only 3 % ABV.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a very pale yellow, no head. Slightly funky aroma, lil Brett as well? Very light body, quite fizzy. Some discreet plum flavors, something that appears woody - but isn’t. Very vague tartness. Guys, you really need to get some more flavor into this one. So watery - so vague. 080916

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow beer with a small white head. Aroma is fruity with notes of hay, grain, plums, bread and grass. Flavor is fruity with notes of citrus, wheat, sour plums, mirabelle and hay. Well balanced.

Bottle @Trolden. Pours murky yellow with a small creamy white film head. Aroma has lactic acid, fruity, plums. Low carbonation, fine dry and fairly light mouthfeel. Flavour has good malty sweetness, plums, raisins, rather dry.

Bottle @ EM Opening Tasting, on the Hill of the dragon. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Tart and dusty aroma and flavor with notes og popcorn, red fruit and cork. Kind of wet and dusty flavor.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of mirabelles, funk, and brettanomyces. The flavor is acidic with notes of mirabelles, lemons, and brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish.
