UPDATED: MAY 2, 2019 Nuty winne, winogronowe, pieprz, przyprawy. Mało tego chmielu. Goryczka niska, ale zaznaczona, w typie naftowo-ziemistym. Klasyczny saison, w którym chmiel jest na drugim planie.

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2018 Draught at Sori Taproom. Hazy yellow color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, hops, yeast, spices, grass and earthy notes. Bitter finish with citrus, hops, yeast, spices and grass. Very nice saison.

Draught @ Panema, Helsinki. Pours hazy light yellowish with a smooth white head. Aroma of fruits, spices, hints of yeast, tropical notes and citrus. Taste is citrusy, slightly fruity and tropical with some hints of citrus, lemon and tartish notes. Finish is crisp, citrusy and fruity with some hints of yeast and spices. Okay fruity and tropical saison.

Bottle from Sterk Amsterdam. Fruity yeasty aroma with herbal notes, grass, citrus, lemon, weedy and hoppy notes with a floral touch. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and above moderate bitter with a dry finish. Body is medium. Weedy herbal Mosaic shines in this Saison, good stuff.

Keg at the brewery, small creamy head, murky yellow to orange color, herbal peach citrus aroma with some yeastiness around, flowery herbal citrus flavor, medium herbal bitterness. Very good and highly enjoyable.

Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, moderate to light light heavy yeast, wheat, herbs, grass, saison yeast, spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, citrus - passion fruit, spicy, saison yeast, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150805]
