Clear oily amber colour, small lasting off-white head. Aroma is dried fruit, figs, cork, cardboard, malts, light cocoa. Slightly aggressive oxidation. Grainy, sweet, fruity, herbal touch. Light black tea, tart finish, even bitter. Mild lemony acidity in the back. Moderately lasting finish.
Cristobal37 (2391) - Tustin, California, USA - MAY 6, 2019UPDATED: MAY 6, 2019 Bottle. Pours amber bronze with some murk and a little head. Aroma is funk, lemon iced tea, artificial sweetener. Caramel, malts, vanilla, iced tea all on top of a mild funky lambic. Light and easy. The finish seemingly ends with light sourness but what really lingers is this kind of herbal tea bitterness. Strange style Faro beer. Defo my least favorite among wild beers. This is drinkable though.
