UPDATED: APR 16, 2022 500ml bottle at East Quay Art Gallery in Watchet, Somerset. Clear golden colour with good carbonation. Flavour of dessert apples and apple peel. Fruity and not overly sweet with a hint of lemon. Pleasantly dry without being acerbic. Subtle and beautifully made.

UPDATED: DEC 19, 2021 From the Bottle at Chris O's Pre-GBBF Shindig 30/07/2011 Fruity aroma. Clear golden coloured fruity apple flavour with a dry and slightly tannin finish.

UPDATED: AUG 8, 2021 500ml bottle from Beers of Europe, online. Pours a clear slightly pale gold, with a few bubbles on the edges. Aroma of overripe apple, apple peel, quite earthy, some sugars. Taste is tart dessert apple, peel, some acidity, icing sugar, light boozy, drying finish. Once my palate got used to the acidity I noticed more subtle notes of wood and the fruitiness of the apple is more apparent. Smooth medium body, nicely carbonated. I wasn't sure of this at first but it grew on me a lot.

UPDATED: MAR 17, 2019 Bottle@Skaal, Copenhagen. Pours clear pale yellow with tiny white head. Aroma is crisp sour apples and yeast and vinegar. Taste is light sweet and medium to very sour. Body is oily with medium carbonation. Finish is long and sour with notes of apples, yeast and vinegar. Very refreshing.

Bottle at Tipsy Toad Pub. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of red apples, pear and wood. Bone dry flavour of apple and wood with a great tannic bitterness. I don't think bottled cider gets much better.
