Slow gusher. Hazy amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry with decent fine carbonation. Light malts, mildly sweet. Tangy orange with a nice light orange and lemon sherbet. Little citric peel. Touch of pine in the light and sharp finish. Decently sherbet.

Bottle. Slightly hazy Golden pour, small White head. Fresh hoppy Nose, taste is crisp and hoppy. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Copenhagen 2/4 2016. 33 cl bottle from Gunnar Madsen Vinhandel. Pretty morbid label with axeman and chooped off roosters head. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with very big foamy head. Settles as 2 cm thick creamy crown of foam. Moderate lacing. Strong fruity aroma. Sweet exotic fruit peach, passion fruit with a nice tart citric touch. Medium carbonation and slightly thick palate. Flavor has pronounced bitterness and only subdued sweetness. Lingering and ong bitter aftertaste with semi dry finish. Nice APA - even if the rooster had to donate it’s head.

Bottle at DØE tasting. Clear amber. Aroma medium hoppy (piney, citrusy, tropical fruit). Flavor medium sweet caramel, bitter and fruity, light spicy. Medium body.

Bottle @ home... It pours murky light brown with a large white fluffy head... citrus, hoppy, mango, peaches, tropical fruit and some caramel...

Bottle. It pours hazy golden with a white lasting head. The aroma is very fruity hoppy. Mosaic or citra I guess. Berries and tropical fruit. Grapefruit, peaches and tropical fruit in the flavor.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a white head. Fairly potent peachy hop aroma. Solid, fruity, efficient late hop kick. 151215

Bottle at home. Pours a clear light amber with a rocky off-white head. Sweet and dry with hoppy aromas of star fruit and some pale- and caramel malts. Light bodied. Medium to soft carbonation. Dry finish with more caramel malts and some hops.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, tropical fruit, mango, peach, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, mango - peach, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150727]
