COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

This Belgian-style red ale was brewed together with the Redchurch Brewery, a small artisanal brewery located in London. Primary fermentation with Trappist yeast, it achieves balance through complexity. It’s deep yet subtle, with flavours of red fruits and spice mixed with the uniqueness of Brettanomyces and sherry oak barrel. Created with a soft touch and passion.

Malts: Pilsner, Rye, Crystal, Roasted. Hops: Aurora, Styrian Golding.
Aroma: a myriad of smells including malt, plums, pepper, and nuts with a touch of smoky character.
Food pairings: roasted duck, washed-rind cheeses with fig compote, forest-berry tart.
