On tap @ Ørsted Ølbar, Copenhagen. Black body with a moderate sized beige head. Aroma is pine dominated with mild dark malt. Flavor is quite smooth dark malt, pine and OK bitterness. Medium body and aftertaste that ends a bit harsh on the bitterhops. Totally OK, still a bit one-dimensional on the pine hops.

Notes of grapefruit and pineapple hop. There’s some ripe strawberry, too. Smells great. Taste is a lovely balance of creamy, chocolate sweetness, and bright hop bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel. Good depth. Finishes with a bitter punch, and a lip coating sweetness. Fantastic BIPA.
