UPDATED: SEP 2, 2022 (Bottle, vintage 2015) Dark reddish amber colour, no head. Fruity, vinous nose with red apple skin, syrup, candy sugar, toffee and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg). Fruity, tart, vinous taste with notes of red apples (reminiscent of Discovery), apple skin, caramel, toffee, syrup, treacle, cinnamon, hints of wood and a sweet and warming finish with a good balancing acidity. Full body, a bit sticky, sweet. Great ice cider. Lovely!

Flat, light orangy golden color. Aroma is slightly fresh and sweet concentrated fruity, sweet concentrated apple juice, apple cores, oak, grass, apple peel, flowers, minerals, hay, hints of citrus. Taste is sweet concentrated fruity, apple cores, sweet concentrated apple juice, grass, sugar, dried apples, oak, apple peel, flowers, hints of citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

UPDATED: MAR 3, 2019 2015 bottle from Systembolaget. Clear dark golden. Strong red apple aroma and taste. Overripe apples, intensely sweet. Some vanilla. Tart apple pie finishing it off. Lovely.

Bottle, vintage 2015. Pours clear golden. Aroma is strong ripe apples, iced for sure, vanilla, quite pure. Body is medium, strongly sweet, intense in flavours, but still balanced by acidity. Lingering palate. Amazing!

Bottle. Clear golden. Dry apple/pear cider nose, light moppy. Medium full sweet base. Dry, sparkly, light berry, tart Apfelstrudel incl. spice. Nice.

Aroma is creme brulee and raisins and apple strudel. Taste is sweet sour apple very intense. Quite oily. Nice phenolic raisins and cinnamon finish. A bit heavy. Not bad.

(bottle) clear deep golden colour with no head. aroma of apple juice and custard, slightly rubbery, with a touch of raisins, bubble gum and marzipan. flavour is mostly concentrated apple juice and caramel, slightly simple, with a light hint of chlorine, some glue, grass and a semi-tannic finish. full-bodied with no carbonation.

24/11/2017 - 20cl bottle from a trade with hackobock. Warm orange colour, no head. Nose is ripe apple, cake, spices, pineapple, honey. Taste is apple cake, some vanilla, honey, sweet, warming, bit oily. Nice!

Bottle, many thanks Nische! Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is surprisingly fresh red apples, lots of vanilla, cardamom, cinnamon, apple pie spices, wood, honey, pineapple. Taste is gummibears, ripe apples, vanilla, a touch of tannins, honey. Warming finish. Viscous oily mouthfeel. Feels lusciously light. Super-interesting Ice Cider, super fruity and complex-spicy as well, and with the right amount of tartness to balance it out - and despite the complexity and heaviness on the spices, it is extremely elegant as well.
