UPDATED: MAR 20, 2023 Bottled. Hazy amber colour, mediumsized off-white fluffy head. Aroma is fruity, some soapy and mild toffeeish tones. Flavur is yeasty, some citrusy and mild herbal and spicy tones along with some herbs.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2022 Dorée mouchetée de microparticules, courte mousse très fugace. Arômes de malt, fruits mûrs, raisin-mirabelle et fleurs d'oranger-sureau. Le goût est plus amer qu'attendu, peu sucré, houblonné et fruité, fruits tropicaux et un amer herbacé-zeste enrobé de malt et caramel légers.

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2019 6.2% ABV bottle from BioCoop, Uzes, Provence, France. Hazy straw coloured with a massive white rocky head of foam. It has a sweet, spicy yeast and fruity flavour with toffee, yeast and fruit on the very smooth finish. Good.

A sparkling orange clear beer with a medium white head ; medium retention ; good lacing ! fruits (citrus, orange), light resin, light herb, sugary notes. Light to medium round sweet, medium dry refreshing bitter. Good body, average thin texture, average to soft gaseous, fruity bitter round dry refreshing finish. Overall, good !

Robe dorée, voilée, très belle mousse épaisse, carbo correcte. Nez légèrement fruité, aux arômes vineux qui rappellent une gueuze ! En bouche, l'acidulé est là aussi, vite soutenu par une belle amertume aux arômes fruités mais légers... L'acidité, bien réelle, pourrait laisser supposer un défaut... On est pas dans une IPA, là, du moins en attaque.

UPDATED: FEB 25, 2018 Un bière entre la pale ale et l’ipa avec un nez plutôt fruité et un amertume moyenne. Bière sans défauts mais pas exceptionnelle.
