sm89walt (2774) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - APR 17, 2024
UPDATED: APR 17, 2024 375ml can. Hazy amber with a tall and lasting fluffy off-white head. Pineapple, mango, nectarine, resin, pine, toffee, warm bread, spices. Big malty core, juicy, intensely bitter yet altogether balanced. Medium to full body, oily texture, medium carbonation, long finish.

LovibondForever62 (13) - - MAR 12, 2023
UPDATED: MAR 12, 2023 Pours a slightly hazy amber with a faint cream head from the can. Strong malty stonefruit and pine aroma on the nose. Candied lemon with a strong backbone of honey malt initially with a bold lingering pine bitterness from the hops to round it out. Reminds me of the BentSpoke Cluster 8 DIPA. Complex and heavy, a great one off winter beer but you'd struggle after a few.

jmgreenuk (19546) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - FEB 27, 2020
UPDATED: FEB 27, 2020 375ml can at Paus Craft Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy medium amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is malt, zesty citrus, weedy hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet, with a crisp, malty, light boozy, juicy citrus, big alcoholic woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Big fruity and boozy. Hits you in the face and not exactly balanced. Need to sit down after drinking this. Oh, I already am. 9.1% ... what’s happening to me!

Idiosynkrasie (16150) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - NOV 5, 2019
UPDATED: NOV 5, 2019 375ml can. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Intense, tropical fruity and piney, hoppy aroma, notes of pineapple, marmalade, orange, grapefruit, caramel malty background. Taste is dry and bitter, citrusy, piney and tropical fruity hoppy, a lemon basic layer, pine, pineapple and orange zest on top, slightly papery overtones, caramel malty basis with a peanut touch can hardly keep with the hop bitterness and appears almost to be a bit watery; total collaps of the malty backbone in the finish, a chalky and mineral impression remains.

3.8

UPDATED: AUG 19, 2019 Aroma: big hop almost eucalyptus with alcohol Appearance: clear golden, just tan head with good sudsy lacing Flavour: big melon, light cinnamon, malt and hop Palate: long melon and hop finish, quite thick
