UPDATED: NOV 26, 2023 Colore giallo pallido torbido e schiuma abbondante. Il profumo è fruttato, agrumi e pompelmo con sfumature erbacee. In è fresca e leggermente pastosa: luppolata con note di arancia, pompelmo, limone e caramello con un finale secco ed amarognolo.

UPDATED: OCT 21, 2021 33cl bottle drinked @La tana del luppolo Sabaudia 21/10/2021 BB 30.05.22 Pours a hazy orangy amber with visible floating sediment and thin frothy off-white head with moderate lacing. Aroma of malt and lots of grapefruit, citrus and pink grapefruit notes, floral hops. Taste is kind of straight-forward and sharp with notes of malt and grapefruit, citrus, orange, orange peel, pink grapefruit peel, moderate sweetness and a dry but refreshing quite sharp bitter yet easy going hoppy finish. Medium body and smooth slightly oily texture, average carbonation. Pleasant lingering bitter aftertaste. Refreshing and relaxing, properly made with fruity and pleasantly hoppy taste and good 7% abv, just lots of juicy sweet pink grapefruit taste and bit straightforward.

UPDATED: JAN 27, 2020 33cl Keg from Antigallery, Roma, Italy (€4): Light amber & clear with a thin & frothy white head that leaves some lacing on the sides. The nose is mainly grapefruit with citrus & a pleasant freshness while the taste is bitter & dry with more grapefruit & stone fruits, a little orange & orange bitters followed by the odd faint hop. The beer was tangy & crisp with moderate carbonation & quite a bitter finish.

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2019 Bevuta più volte in spina presso la Luppoleria di Piacenza (.. è una tra le birre fisse da più di un anno) .. dal banco quando la spillano si sente l’aroma di pompelmo!! È una Grapefruit Ipa speciale e perfetta: agrumata con un sentore freschissimo di pompelmo, una buona struttura avvolta dai solidi 7 gradi, colore giallo leggermente opalescente e una schiuma che sembra montata a neve compatta e persistente... il finale amaro e fresco!! Prima di finire la prima hai già ordinato la seconda.. veramente speciale!!

Clear yellow beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lovely, lots of tropical fruits, bit sweetish, lovely, passion fruits, mango. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft bitterness, lemony, hoppy, bit resinous, grapefruit, lots of mandarins. Aftertaste: more orange flavoured candy, pretty bitter, nice stuff!
