UPDATED: JAN 15, 2023 Bottled (thanks to my parents!). Pale orangeish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild berry tartness, fruity, some herbal, grassy and mild toffee notes with mild spices. Flavour is grainy and fruity with some slight floral and spicy notes.

UPDATED: DEC 21, 2022 BESTES SAISON!!! Das Braufactum Soleya hat Pilsner-, Karamell- und Röstmalz auf der Zutatenliste stehen. Außerdem finden wir Enigma und Magnum Hopfen. Enigma ist mir noch nicht untergekommen - ich bin gespannt. Beim Einschenken sind wenige Feststoffe in der Flüssigkeit. Die Farbe ist trüb und goldgelb. Die Schaumkrone ist gemischtporig und fingerdick standfest. Der Geruch hat Banane, grüner Apfel und Getreide im Angebot. Beim Antrunk getreidiger, strohwürziger Körper mit Hefegeschmack und (grüner?) Banane. Der herbstliche Erntegeschmack ist super getroffen. Dieses Saison kann sich mit einem vergleichbaren belgischen Vorbild gut messen lassen. Wir haben eine mittlere Rezenz bei trockenem Gesamteindruck. Beim Abgang geringe Hopfung mit grasigem und apfelmostigen Aroma. Dieser Abschluss ist so gut gelungen, dass ich glaube, dass beste Saison gefunden zu haben, das ich bisher getrunken habe. 12-2020

A golden light opaque beer with a big white foamy head ; good retention ; good lacing. Herb, light banana, light flower, light funk. Medium DRY refreshing bitter, sweet note. Rising body, smooth texture, average gaseous, herbal light banana DRY refreshing finish. Overall, good, nice ! Yes, I enjoyed this banana flavor usually encountered in weizen ; I guess, that's German touch :)

UPDATED: DEC 6, 2020 33 cl bottle. Golden color, hazy, white foam. Aroma: yeast, light sourness, pear and apple, a little hop. Taste: malty with yeast, pear, apple seeds, wheat, light hop bitterness.

UPDATED: JUL 25, 2020 Hazy golden with a white head that dilapidates quickly. Citrus aroma. Taste is grain and citrus, a little muggy, subtle bitterness. Quite drinkable.

UPDATED: MAR 8, 2020 Aus der Flasche in einem Restaurant. Eher trübes orange-gelb mit etwas festem Schaum. Aroma: leicht malzig, sanfte Fruchtigkeit. Zitrus, Gewürze. Geschmack: Mittlere Süße.Malz, Stroh, Zitrus, Pfirsich, Hopfen. Mittlere Bitterkeit.

UPDATED: JAN 24, 2020 Misty gold. Moderate white frothy head. Aroma: white bread, spicy and phenolic yeast, banana, floral notes. Medium minus body. Taste: medium dry, malty and bready, phenolic, spicy, grass. Light to medium bitterness. Nothing outstanding but quite ok.

UPDATED: JAN 15, 2020 Tap. Golden color with thick white head. Aroma of malt, honey (?!), light hops. Taste, malt, yeast, spices. Good.
