UPDATED: JUL 28, 2020 This one has eluded me no more. Thanks for securing this Adam. We drank this guy, Blauwe, and Millennium in the same sitting. Pours a brownish orange color with medium head, and nice lace. Nose/flavor are the most complex 3F cedar, basement oak, leather, fruit skins, vtg Girardin bugs, aged lemons, berry, Champion🐴, brine, and BE basement. Plenty of carb, and a nice pop when opened. Perfect acidity layered with the most complex lambic funk I’ve had in quite some time. My God 🙏🏻

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2019 750 ml bottle to stemmed glass, enjoyed during today's lambic tasting. This whale's been perched atop of my wants list for a long time and I'm glad to be able to finally try it. Looks great; a fairly transparent geuze orange with off-white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells and tastes great too; oak and funk alongside milder notes of black pepper and a hint of black licorice. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied, semi-sharp, surprisingly effervescent for the age, and finishes semi-dry. A beautiful blend.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is soft with a mineral note. Some light barnyard, earthy notes. Light herbal character. Hints of citrus, underripe stone fruit and green tropical fruit. Faint oak notes and light oxidation. Pours a slightly hazy, copper orange with a medium sized, white head that recedes fairly quickly to the edges where it lingers. No lacing or legs. Flavor is moderately acidic, but fairly soft. Some oxidation coming through in the form of cork and wet cardboard. Light oak and mineral notes. Medium light barnyard funk and herbal notes. Light fruit notes with a bit of a red apple and pear note. Some faint citrus and stone fruit notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice gueuze, but not a particularly amazing one. The oxidation is starting to take over the flavor a bit and the fruit notes are slightly odd. Better as it opens up.
