UPDATED: FEB 3, 2023 Draught. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head which vanishes quickly. Aroma is green apple skins, some acidic wood and mild citrus as well as some yeast and mild lactic notes. Flavour is acidic wood, citrus and some apples. Quite spritzy, and actually a bit ciderlike.

Tap @ Ølhus København, Helsinki, 29/08/17. Pours a hale yellow with a small, white head. Aroma is plenty sour, lemon, bile. Taste is lemon, sour, appleskin, tad lambic-like, but fairly light.

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours hazy golden, nose is brett funk, little cheesy, citrus, taste is prickly, funky, toffee, tart.

Bottle, 75cL. @Naintré, France. 4% abv. Shared with my dad. A pale yellow opaque hazy beer with a small white ephemeral head. Citrus, yoghurt, light cider. Light sweet, medium dry acid lasting refreshing. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, sweet acid short finish. Overall, meh, average.

0.75 l bottle fom K-Citymarket Ruoholahti, Helsinki. Appearance is pale yellow, cloudy, bubbly, and with a minimal head. Well, does look like a soft drink. Aroma is sourish like a lamic. Taste is sour with fermented fruits à la home made wine. Yes, Berliner Weisse meets lambic indeed. Very refreshing.

From tap @ Beer Temple. Hazy, pale straw yellow color. No head. Aroma’s: sour, salty even, like a gueuze. Retronasal it’s sour, wheat, light woody. Flavor is sour, wheaty. Light bodied. Finishes dry, tart, light grain. Meh.

Unclear matt medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dought, tart, citrus, lime, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart, dough, citrus, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160520]
