33cl bottle shared with Erzengel. A hazy pale golden beer with a mid sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of mild tart yellow fruits, wheat and some citrus. Taste of herbal fruits, wheat, some citrus, tart grapes, spices.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty bretty aroma. Fruity malty spicy bretty yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty bretty finish.

30/XII/17 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ New Year's holiday (Ardennes) - BB: XI/2020 (2017-2262)

Clear blond beer, small creamy white head. Aroma: pretty fruity, stone fruit, peaches, bit lemony, funky touch, some artificial brett. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, sugary, lots of caramel, overripe banana, yeast. Aftertaste: bit of milk chocolate, very malty, grains, some banana.

UPDATED: DEC 8, 2017 robe blonde et limpide. tenue de mousse correcte. arômes cidre, fruits jaunes prononcés, terreux. goût céréales fleurs blanches poire. acidité assez bien équilibrée. Bonne sour

Robe dorée, fine mousse. Nez sur les agrumes, le houblon, note acidulée, mirabelle. Bouche à l'attaque amère, typée, fine bulle alliant amertume et acidité, finale courte mais équilibrée. Saison agréable, de soif.

Keg @6 North, Edinburgh. 1st Birthday. Pours golden, white head. Nose is blandish but slight citrus. Taste is lemon, slight salt, slight funk, a wee touch of vanilla, slight spices, zesty fruits. Not really sour.

Draught at Ølhus København. Hazy yellow color, white head. Bitter/sour taste with citrus, yeast, earthy notes, grass, ripe fruits and tart. Bitter/sour finish with citrus, yeast, ripe fruits, tart and grass. Good brew.
