Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, alcohol, over ripe fruits, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, spices, hay, and fruit, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap at Ørsted Ølbar. Unclear orange colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of hops, peach, grapefruit and bitterness.

On tap at Christian Firtal Pale Ale Festival. Cloudy orange with a lasting white head. Aroma of grain, grass and kerosene. Dry fruity and malty flavour with a solid bitterness

From tap as Binki, 6.5, IPA. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is grapefruity and solid peachy. Crisp hoppy, smooth fruity and lingering hoppy. Smooth fruityand solid peachy hoppy finish.

Tåkete brun med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter fersken, sydhavsfrukter og lett karamell. Mye bitterhet, sitrusskall og druestener. Kjenner en lett fruktighet i bakgrunnen, men bitterheten dominerer hele vegen.

Draught at Søernes Ølbar as Binky IPA. Hazy orange colored with a medium sized off-white head. Fruity aroma of hops and pine needles Fruity flavor of hops and pine needles with notes of resin. Dry hoppy finish.

Fra fat på Cirkus, Stavanger: lett uklar gylden med flott, tett skum. Nydelig og intens aroma og kraftig smak av furunål, grapefrukt og bitterappelsiner. Noe honningsødme i aromaen, men smaken er knasende tørr. Ettersmaken er ganske så bitter uten å bli harsk. Kjempegod, og hurra for at dette ble min norske øl nr. 1000!

On tap at Cirkus, Stavanger. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is very fruity, grapefruit and piney hops. Taste is bone dry, clean and crisp resiny hops, moderate bitter, lingering bitter grapefruit, nice and dry IPA.

On tap at Kulturhuset, january 9th 2016. Hazy golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of citrus, cat pee and hay. Taste is dry, light grassy, with a malty finish. Strong bitterness which overruns the late simcoe(?) additions. Short grassy finish.
