COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Café Y’ Churro Is a continuation of the Regular Coffee game. Our golden imperial cream ale has been finished with vanilla and cinnamon. Much like Regular Coffee looks to evoke an amusing version of acidic bitter coffee curbed my milk and sugar that starts a day in a paper cup at home. Café Y’ Churro addresses post siesta cup of bitter coffee and scalded milk lazily stirred with a churro to restart momentum on a vacation. Drink Café Y’ Churro and mull the next activity.

UPDATED: JAN 19, 2022 12 oz can from Carton delivery, 1/19/22. Hazy golden color with a white head and heavy lace. Coffee, vanilla, and some cinnamon. Not as much cinnamon as I expected. Drinks on the boozy side. Something just feels a little unrefined for me, but I can't quite figure out what is causing that. I'd have expected to like this to be right up my alley, but something about it didn't quite work. It is still good though.

On tap at Blend Bar and Bistro in Hamilton, NJ. Slightly hazy honey gold color. Small creamy white head. Subtle caramel malt nose. Hints at cinnamon. Flavor brings bittersweet malt, cinnamon and boozy notes with an underlying coffee character. Creamy mouthfeel and vanilla notes in finish.

Milk and Hops, NYC tap: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is coffee, cinnamon, sugar. Taste is fat and sugary. Loads of cinnamon. Coffee is all over the place. Weird. Slow drinker.

UPDATED: MAR 15, 2017 Draft at Bainbridge. Hazy dark orange gold pour with soft off-white foam. Nice lace. Cinnamon. Clementine. Malty. Way overly sweet and medicinal. Too showy. Too much. Having the bottom third of a keg, so my impression might change.
