2013 vintage. Wow this is insane. Tart, woody, leather, a little leafy hop. Wood is quite notable, red fruit notes. Acid is balanced with a mild balsamic acetic note. The pour is a bright red with a murky brown hue. Not too much carbonation, thin white head. Medium bodied. Wow!

Poured at Shelton Festival, copper with small off white head. The aroma is oak, leather, sour fruit. Thin body, raisin, leather, light tartness, dry finish, good.

Bottle. Little Leeds Beer House. Lightly hazy, reddy copper colour. Slim ring of beige head. Nose has toffee apple. Red wine dregs. Sweet oak. Some red wine vinegar. Taste is sweet and vinous. Light, red wine vinegar acidity. Taste is oaky sweet, with a lightly acidic twang. A bit of a sticky mouthfeel. Light carbonation. Nice balance of sweet and sour to finish. Good, although not too complex.

500ml bottle pours a copper color without much head. Mild sourness. A little tannic.

Pours a very clear red with a small offwhite rim on top that leaves low lacing. Nose is of coconut, oak, winey/vinous oak, oak. Did I say oak? Taste continues to err on the winey side and feels slightly oxidized. More red wine and oak. No sharp/over the top acid, just right. Vinous it goes without saying with a moderate body and carbonation. A pretty cool winey sour!

bottle shared by tom10101, thanks man! pours clear dark copper-orange with a nice off-white cap offering good retention and lacing. cherrywood oak, lots of cabernet notes, spicy grapes, light to medium acidity - some citric peaks, old plum vinegar residuals, pepper. moderate carbonation, light to medium body - oily; semi-sweet and tart woodsy-spicy finish. very nice oaky-winey flanders red.
